Delivery Confirmation

Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing a delivery confirmation number for your shipment.

Returns

Spikease is happy to accept returns for items within 30 days of order delivery. The  product must be unused and in the original package. To send back goods, please email info@spikease.com. Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges.  Spikease will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Spikease. If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited.
